I would like to say the best of my stay was the welcome from Paula. Even though it was Paula’s first day, super lovely and professional. She made me feel very welcome and comfortable.

Very Good
Cleanliness of room and quiet streets under the window. It is also very close to the city center.
Light in the room didn't work. There is no fridge.

A lovely hotel to stay in Jerez , minutes walk from the centre.
The staff was lovely ,very kind and the lady that welcomed us was very sweet. Spacious and clean room!
Nothing really apart from potentially for the fact that the parking had to be paid (which we knew already of course, but it was part of the hotel , not like an external parking)
